Job Description :
- The email marketing specialist focuses on building email lists, creating emails, and nurturing leads through written communications to drive and accelerate pipeline growth.
What your day-to-day will look like :
- Execute innovative and creative ABM programs across channels to generate a pipeline from concept through execution, i.e., strategy, timeline, budget, design and content support, campaign development and campaign measurement
- Align marketing and sales in establishing account profiles and target personas; develop and maintain a database of named accounts and contacts to ensure campaigns are targeted to the right people
- Deploy email marketing campaigns that nurture prospects and deliver leads to the sales team
- Analyzing the marketing funnel performance and maintaining Data hygiene (deduplication and cleansing), lead flow and other marketing automation-related projects and operational activities.
- Managing various email campaigns, including the template designs, calls-to-action, and content used in our email sends.
- Segment lists based on behavior's like past email engagement and website interactions (content downloads, site page visits, etc.)
- Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends.
- Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower our cost-per-acquisition.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying
Requirements :
- Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills to assess the eligibility of the profile
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience or a related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing for SaaS companies
- Knowledge of the technicalities of email marketing
- Strong understanding of how to use inbound and outbound email marketing to generate more qualified leads
- Excellent written, communication and copywriting skills
- Experience and exposure to planning workflow, lead Scoring, lead nurturing, and creating MQL/SQL workflows
- Experience in integration of Email Marketing Automation platform and other third-party apps.
- Experience with marketing automation processes (preferably in Hubspot), including lead management, automation, campaign management
- Experience in email marketing platforms, preferably MailChimp
- Knowledge of ABM tech stack is a plus
- Strong data analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign and pipeline metrics
- An ability to work under tight deadlines
