Senior Specialist - Email & Chat Support/Customer Operations (2-8 yrs)
This position is for a award-winning and market- leading fintech company dedicated to providing credit to customers who aren't served fully by mainstream financial services. The primary business operates in the UK market, with head- quarters in US and offices in London, Chennai,Bangalore and Noida.
Job Responsibilities :
- Ensure transactional turnaround time and Quality goals are consistently achieved
- The volumes must be handled within 24-48 hours of receipt and this may require additional time in office during high volumes
- There may be occasional data requests as short-term assignments which will be transactional in nature and will need to be completed accurately within timelines
- The candidate must comply with financial & customer data protection rules.
Skills required :
- Tech savvy and comfortable with handling multiple tools on computer
- Excellent written communication to interact with UK customers via Email and chat
- Well versed with MS excel & MS Word
- Education - Commerce graduates with 2-4 yrs. experience in handling customer / financial transactions (non-voice / back office in nature)
- Team player - flexible to complete adhoc tasks
- Softer elements which will help make the individual successful in this job :

- Ability to understand complex workflows (as slight change in situation might change the whole downstream journey of the transaction)
- Ability to use available data, background information, latest policy and apply logic to make decisions

- Comfortable with frequent changes to policies and process steps
- Flexible with working hours
- Awareness of UK financial industry is desired
