Senior Social Media & Community Growth Manager (4-7 yrs)
We are looking for a Senior Social Media & Community Growth Manager with extensive experience in managing and scaling social media initiatives, influencer marketing, and community engagement. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for social media, who can drive user acquisition and community growth through innovative campaigns and effective collaboration with influencers, creators, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to boost engagement, grow the follower base, and enhance brand visibility across multiple platforms.
- Design and manage influencer marketing campaigns, including creator acquisition, ambassador programs, and referral initiatives to drive user growth.
- Launch and oversee community programs (such as VIP/creator programs) that foster strong user loyalty and increase retention rates.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to provide user insights and develop content that resonates with target audiences.
- Manage the end-to-end process of social media campaigns, including budgeting, performance tracking, and reporting on key metrics (e.g., engagement rates, follower growth).
- Create and implement social media content calendars aligned with overall brand strategy and marketing objectives.
- Analyze social media trends, campaign performance, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and optimize future initiatives.
- Build partnerships with external agencies to enhance content creation, mentorship programs, and training for creators.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in social media management, influencer marketing, and community engagement.
- Demonstrated success in driving growth and engagement across social media platforms.
- Strong project management and budget management skills.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills to adapt to evolving social media trends.
