Senior/SO/SSO/ASE/ASM/State Head - Sales - Healthcare (1-20 yrs)
Job Responsibilities Include :
- Appointing Distributors.
- Travelling throughout an assigned territory and take care of both Primary and secondary sales
- Maintaining solid working relationships with Super stockists, distributors and retailers by ensuring that their needs are met and resolving complaints in a timely manner.
- Continually meeting or exceeding sales targets by persuading distributors within an assigned territory to purchase company products and services.
- Analysing sales and marketing data to determine the most effective sales and marketing techniques.
- Developing innovative sales strategies to increase sales within an assigned territory.
- Planning and executing promotional Activities
- Ensuring that brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectations.
- Monitoring competitors’ sales activity within an assigned territory.
Work Experience :
- Experience in Healthcare/Cosmetic/OTC/Pharma/FMCG/ Product sales
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Sound negotiation and consultative sales skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Good Distribution/channel sales Network Required
