Job Summary:

The Sales Support role will focus on assisting the sales and business development teams by providing operational and strategic support for PMS and AIF products. The role requires strong expertise in managing client relationships, supporting the sales process, and delivering solutions to enhance the overall client experience. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in the investment industry, with a deep understanding of PMS and AIF structures, product offerings, and market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Client Support:

- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for PMS and AIF products.

- Assist sales teams in preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and investment materials to clients.

- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth on-boarding and servicing of client accounts.

- Respond to client inquiries and provide timely updates on portfolio performance, product details, and industry trends.

- Maintain and update client records in CRM systems.

2. Product Knowledge and Expertise:

- Develop a deep understanding of PMS and AIF offerings, including performance metrics, strategies, risk profiles, and regulatory aspects.

- Stay up-to-date with market developments, regulatory changes, and competitor products to provide accurate and relevant information to clients and sales teams.

3. Operational Support:

- Coordinate with internal teams such as compliance, legal, and operations to ensure smooth execution of sales processes and product offerings.

- Manage sales documentation, ensuring all materials are accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

- Assist in the preparation and tracking of sales and performance reports.

4. Reporting and Analytics:

- Support the creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for clients on portfolio performance and market conditions.

- Analyze sales and market trends to assist with strategic decision-making for sales and marketing efforts.

5. Collaboration:

- Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to align on messaging, strategies, and go-to-market initiatives.

- Assist the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet revenue goals.

6. Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure that all sales and marketing materials comply with the regulatory guidelines for PMS and AIF products.

- Assist in compliance reporting and maintaining necessary documentation for audit purposes.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in sales support, relationship management, or similar roles within the financial services industry, specifically with PMS and AIF products.

- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the financial markets, PMS and AIF structures, portfolio management strategies, and regulatory frameworks.

- Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce or similar), MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and familiarity with financial reporting tools.

- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, investment reports, and portfolio performance.

- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to engage and build relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and senior management.

- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a high degree of accuracy in work.
