Senior Sales Role - Switchgear/LT Panel (1-4 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Ensure Department Targets are Met on Regular basis.
- Generating Business from Existing Customer
- Developing New Customer
- Payment Collection Target Achievement (weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually)
- Customer Feedback and support.
- Error free offer making and follow ups with customer and cracking the deals.
- To continually monitor the Sales situation on a weekly basis to ensure on target performance and suggest effective course correction to Manager Sales/Director wherever and whenever necessary
- To maintain and increase market penetration to meet sales objective. Always be on the lookout for new and related business opportunities to add to the bottom line as well as enhance brand image amongst prospective buyers.
- Monthly Order collection and achievement of Targets.
- To provide analysis of lost orders with reasons and future plan.
- To plan, act and oversee the execution of local area sales/business activities and research into customer satisfaction and requirements for improvement
- To inform management any significant development in the market in terms of new competition, new campaign by competition or any other relevant matter which is significant and important in nature.
- To constantly be on the lookout for new business avenues and opportunities to increase market share both in sales and service.
- To improve the quality of customer service and retention by enhanced facilities and improved technical and soft skills resulting in lower cost of ownership and improved marketing methods
- To collect feedbacks from the customers and act accordingly to improve.
- Tracking of material of LT Panels purchase and execution.
- To plan and execute daily visits to customer.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Knowledge of LT Panel & Switch Gears
- Knowledge of Automation and Control Panel
- Good interpersonal skills in dealing with HODs, Customers & indirect reports
- Should be a Team player
