Job Summary:

- The Senior Sales for IT Recruitment & Staffing will be responsible for leading the sales strategy and execution for recruiting and staffing T services within the GCC's industry.


- This role requires a dynamic and strategic leader who has deep expertise in IT recruitment, client acquisition, relationship management, and team leadership.


- The Director will drive revenue growth, build long-lasting client partnerships, and develop solutions to meet the evolving talent needs of businesses in technology-driven sectors.


- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT staffing sales, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to inspire a team to consistently exceed targets.

Experience:

- Minimum of [14+] years of experience in IT recruitment and staffing, with at least [10+] years in a sales leadership role.

- Must have experience in Key Account Management in Captives/GICs/GCCs - preferably with a Tier-1, or, a mid-size IT firm of repute

- Strong expertise and exposure in Sales and pre-sales especially within IT Services GCCs across India

- Well versed in business and account planning to achieve topline and bottom line KPI

- Proven track record in driving revenue growth, securing new business, and managing large client accounts within the IT staffing or recruitment industry.

- Strong understanding of the IT labor market, including trends in software development, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and emerging technologies.

- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and other sales tools.

Skills:

- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close large contracts and build long-term client relationships.

- Strong relationship at CXO level within IT Services GCCs across India

- Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with experience managing and developing high-performing teams.

- In-depth knowledge of IT job functions, candidate sourcing, and the technology recruitment process.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends to inform strategy.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and recruitment software.
