Senior Sales Role - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
In addition to managing agent connections and guaranteeing high levels of customer acquisition and retention, the Senior Sales Officer will be in charge of propelling business growth. A team of agents will be led and mentored by the perfect applicant, who will also meet sales goals and maintain high levels of customer service.
Responsibilities :
- Key duties include managing and leading a group of agents to achieve sales goals.
- Through the agency channel, agents are recruited, trained, and developed.
- Establish and preserve solid bonds with clients and agents.
- Keep an eye on sales results and give management regular updates.
- Verify compliance with industry rules and corporate norms.
Requirements :
- One to five years of sales-related experience is required.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
- The candidate must be from the area.
