Senior Sales Role/Assistant Sales Manager - FA Products (5-14 yrs)
. Job Responsibilities
1. Sales of Mitsubishi FA Products (PLC, SCADA,HMI, VFD, Servo Motion & Robot products).
2. Candidate should have good exposure of front-end sales of PLC, VFD, HMI, SCADA, Motion, Robot automation products and its various solutions.
3. He/she needs to ensure wider market reach & penetration of unexplored OEM markets
4. Candidate should be able to interact and discuss with OEM customers for the complete system requirement as per end user application and requirement.
5. He/she should be competent in implementing effective solutions to customer needs with an aim to improve customer contentment.
6. Should engage in proper resources within own organization for specific case as per project significance.
7. Should be an effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills, strong methodical and problem-solving approach.
8. Should work with OEM and channel team for annual target, annual plan and its execution.
9. Should work with focused and targeted key OEM to gain business growth & create business awareness.
10. Candidate to ensure support and smooth execution of projects.
11. Should be able to establish and maintain the relations with decision makers and management people.
12. He/she needs to focus on new solution study & its promotion which will help to add values to OEM to machines and try to give complete package solution with cost effective solution by adding various values to OEM machine or line.
13. Should have effective communication while collaborating and managing the sales and technical team and should show creativity at work with good presentation skills.
14. He/she to provide techno commercial support to existing customers

I. Technical Skills :
1. Complete Knowledge of FA products business which helps for solving customer complaints and business growth.
2. Constant upgradation of knowledge on technology and competitive trends and market dynamics
3. Technical know-how to understand all FAID Products
4. Strong MS Office knowledge

1. Ability to deliver relevant and true information to customer with strong consulting and needs assessment skills
2. Good in negotiations and project closing
