Senior Sales Professional - BFSI (1-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Identify, attract, and recruit high-potential individuals to join our agency force.
- Training & Development: Conduct comprehensive training programs to equip agents with the necessary product knowledge, sales skills, and customer service techniques.
- Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of agents to achieve individual and team goals.
- Business Development: Drive business growth by implementing effective strategies to increase sales and market penetration.
- Customer Focus: Foster strong relationships with customers and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Compliance: Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales figures, and other key metrics.
Qualification and Experience :
- Experience: 1 to 5 Years of experience in Core Sales and Marketing in any domain
- Excellent Communication Skills and Presentation Skills
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Ability to recruit and manage a high performing team
