Senior Sales Partner - MICE (8-15 yrs)

The company is an established Corporate travel Solutions Company with 15 years of experience specializing in providing complete corporate hospitality services and logistics solutions globally. They are a large premier hotel and Car transportation aggregator in India for 200+ companies with top MNC's and Indian conglomerates.

They are hiring for a Sr Sales Partner - MICE for the Mumbai location :

What you'll bring-

- This is a sophisticated segment with evolving preferences and interests. As a SSP MICE you will strive to introduce a - wow- factor through a selection of venues and exceptional tours which will provide a unique and engaging experience.

- A motivated and enthusiastic self starter with 8 years + experience in MICE, you will be excellent at preparing and managing itineraries/schedules for large travel groups as per pre-agreed timelines/deliverables. You will also possess extensive knowledge of exhibitions and events and ability to manage end to end implementation of a MICE event.

Role & Responsibilities:

Sales :

- Generate new leads and meetings with prospective corporate clients for upcoming events and exhibitions

- Develop strong relationships and networks with vendors for best rates, across all platforms - hotels, transport, themed venues etc.

- Strong experience within planning/scheduling itineraries to provide unique and qualitative experience to the corporate group travelers

- Ensuring closure of sales leads generated through other hotel and car rentals verticals

- Interact and communicate with Government Tourist offices, local Hotel Associations, Conventions, Bureaus, Airlines, Travel Agents, Tour Operators, competitors and other members of the local community to identifying streams for revenue growth & developing business plans to build consumer preference

- Preparing an annual budget and sales target, operating costs, analyzing variances and corrective actions

Team Management - MICE Operations:

- Ensure seamless closure of all client requirements through the operations team through effective communication

- Solution delivery for all process related queries and bottlenecks between sales/operations and client requirements

- Fostering an excellent working relationship between sales and operations team to ensure TAT within agreed SLAs, credit monitoring and process adherence

- Proven track record of establishing systems/ procedures, thereby contributing in a major way towards augmented growth and profitability level

- Managing, motivating, driving the MICE operations team to close leads through faster TAT, excellent customer service and implementation

Job Specifications Required:

Qualification: An MBA (sales/marketing) Degree holder

Preferred Location: Mumbai
