Senior Sales Officer - Life Insurance (1-6 yrs)
We are searching for an Senior Sales Officer for a top-tier international life insurance provider.

- Requirement : A bachelor's degree or graduation from any field.
- Experience : Two to three years or more of field sales and marketing experience in any sector
- It is preferred to have one year of insurance experience.

An Senior Sales Officer's duties include :
- Effectively manage the sales staff in order to drive growth and meet sales targets.
- Assemble a group of sales agents and oversee their hiring, development, and management.
- Selecting competent counselors and leaders in finance.
- Ensuring agent training in accordance with company needs.
- Maintaining standards for company hygiene despite demand from the industry.
- Ensuring the intended distribution of business throughout the many product lines of the Company.
