Job Summary :
We are hiring Sales Head for our client, Candidate with Area Sales manager experience/Sr Sales Officer who want to move into Sales Head role can apply.
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Develop a network of dealers and distributors in the assigned region and achieve the Sales target assigned.
- Implement, review and fine-tune the marketing strategies to escalate business volumes based on regional market needs.
- Design and implement local Sales promotion scheme.
- Set clear volume targets and KPIs for the team.
- Conducting regular feedback sessions with team members and providing necessary inputs.
- Maintaining a good relationship with the existing clients and following them regularly.
Qualifications and Skills :
- Decent Communication Skills.
- Eager to Learn and Grow.
- Two Wheeler is a must
- Growth mindset.
