Senior Sales Officer - FMCG (2-4 yrs)
- Responsible of achieving secondary sales target in assigned territory of volume/value
- Identify and mapping of potential stores, opening of new outlets and maintain the optimum stock at distributor point and in retail outlets
- Marinating the rapport with key/potential retailers to build brand awareness to gain counter share
- Design and implement beat/route plan of towns/cities in the assigned area
- Marinating the stocks at chain stores ( direct billing stores-periodic visits)
- Identification of potential channel partners for business opportunities/expansion
- Negotiation on credit/discount terms whenever required with retailers
- Market feedback of new products launch/competitor activities on timely basis
- Train and guide for achieving the secondary target to ISR.
