Position Overview : Senior Sales Officer
Job Responsibilities :
- Build and Lead a Team of Financial Advisors : Recruit and train financial advisors, providing guidance and leadership to ensure their success.
- Follow-Up on Leads : Ensure timely follow-up on generated leads to capitalize on all opportunities.
- Meeting and Explaining Product Benefits to Customers : Conduct meetings with potential customers to outline the advantages of the organization's financial products.
- Drive Business Growth : Implement sales strategies to boost revenue and meet organizational objectives.
Qualification Criteria :
- Educational Requirement : A graduation degree is mandatory.
- Age Limit : Candidates should be between 21 and 38 years old.
- Experience : A minimum of 2 years in sales and marketing across sectors such as Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durables, DTH, Microfinance, Education sales, B2B, B2C, Telecom, Loans, and Product Marketing.
- Local Preference : Preference will be given to candidates who are residents.
