Senior Sales Officer - Banking/Finance (2-6 yrs)
Working Conditions:
- Control the sales cycle.
- Assist in the recruitment, employment, and training of sales personnel.
- Retain current understanding of the company's objectives, vision, and values to ensure proper prioritisation
- Work together with the sales management team to design and plan successful sales strategies and to establish objectives.
- Keep in touch with clients to build a strong working relationship that encourages a larger customer base and increase in sales.
- Creating and keeping up with internal reports for MIS and management reports.
- Keep an eye on the activities of the sales team to identify areas that need improvement.
- Suggest and implement training programmes for sales representatives and team to increase productivity
- Showcase and describe the company's goods and services to prospective customers.
Skill Requirement:
- Outstanding verbal and writing communication abilities.
- A welcoming and approachable attitude
Experience in business development or a related subject of 2 to 4 years is preferred.
- Capable of communicating well
- Graduation is required
