- IDFC Bank is Hiring Candidates for CASA Process For Senior Sales Officer Profile
- Candidates should have minimum one year experience in CASA (current account saving account) sales .
- Candidates would be responsible for business development through training & engaging with Team, Branch Channel.
- Conducts proactive business development activities from new & existing clients through strategic penetration into identified market/sectors.
- Takes ownership to monitor competitor sales strategy and develops plans to counter the same
- Ensures all performance standards are met iz. Business targets, Quality Parameters, Spends, Relationship Management, Controls and Compliance.
