Position Overview : Senior Sales Officer
Job Responsibilities :
- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of financial advisors, ensuring they have the skills and resources to succeed.
- Maintain timely and consistent follow-up on all generated leads to capitalize on business opportunities.
- Conduct meetings with potential customers to explain the benefits and features of the financial products offered by our organization.
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to boost business revenue and achieve organizational goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, ensuring our products meet customer needs.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of the sales team, providing regular feedback and implementing improvements as needed.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and partners to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and team progress to senior management.
Criteria :
- Must hold a graduation degree.
- Age between 21 to 38 years.
- Minimum of 2 years in sales and marketing in any of the following sectors: Pharma, FMCG, BFSI, Consumer Durable, DTH, Microfinance, Dealer, Broker, Education Sales, B2B, B2C, Telecom, Loans, Product Marketing, etc.
- Preference for candidates who reside locally.
