Senior Sales Officer - Agri (5-8 yrs)
PURPOSE OF THE POSITION:
- Sourcing and onboarding of Consultants & Financial Advisors (Not Employees of SLIC).
- Responsible for Lead Generation for the respective District with a team of Consultants and Financial Advisors.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruit Financial Advisors from rural areas (Villages) and develop them to generate continuous leads.
- Shall be responsible for quality sourcing of Financial Advisors (Not employees of SLIC) and Leads.
- Regular and continuous Prospect/Lead generation for Business Conversion
- Developing a team of Consultants / Financial Advisors
- Plan distribution strategy and create a presence for the channel through a network in the market.
- Monitoring systems & processes for smooth achievement of allocated monthly, quarterly and annual district targets.
- Monitoring of business with regular analysis and enhancing the recruitment and Lead Quality
- Regularly Travel and visits branches across the state.
- Responsible for individual & Team targets.
- Coordination with other support departments for processing of business from end to end.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP:
State Development Head - Business Development
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Educational Qualifications: Graduation (Any discipline)
Years of Experience: Min 5 -7 Years
Additional Skill Required:
- Min 5 years of experience in Rural Distribution/ Agro Sales.
- Team handling
- Rural network connectivity
- Allotted district(s) experience
