Job Description :
Job Purpose:
- Achieving the sales target set for his/her respective site/ project
- Responsible for handling all the Team/prospects enquiries/ customers
- The incumbent handles all the sales and post-sales activities at the site.
Key Roles and Responsibilities :
Strategic Focus
- Responsible for understanding the local market dynamics and competitive environment
- Responsible to provide a quality services to the customers and work to reduce the complaints
Operational Focus:
- Manage the list of prospective customers, base past flat sales (Customer Data Sheet), and information generated at exhibitions etc.
- Handle the phone calls to prospective customers from the database and generate leads or get references
- Analyze profile of customers like turnover of the business/ if employed the name of the organization, designation held etc. and segment the prospects accordingly
- Inform the Sales Head about the prospect intending the corporate/ bulk deal
- Arrange presentations to clients about the project, flat layout, availability of flats etc. and show the sample flat
- Get customer's preferences about the configuration required, view, vaastu, personal details
