Job Description - Senior Sales Manager(Malayalam native speaker)
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in direct B2B sales to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 4 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in software sales, and a proven track record of pitching products, conducting demos, and closing deals. This role requires an individual who thrives in ground-level sales, actively engages with potential clients, and builds long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research & Lead Generation : Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs. Actively seek out new business through cold calling, networking, and social media.
2. Client Engagement & Sales Pitching : Meet potential clients, deliver product demos, and effectively pitch solutions that align with their business needs.
3. Direct Sales Execution : Focus on B2B sales, ensuring a strong ground-level presence, visiting clients, and building rapport to drive conversions.
4. Sales Presentations & Negotiations : Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations on products and services. Negotiate and close deals while handling objections professionally.
5. Sales Reporting & Analysis : Maintain regular reports and reviews on sales performance, revenue data, and market trends.
6. Industry Events & Networking : Represent the company at exhibitions, conferences, and business events to expand market reach and explore new sales channels.
7. Customer Relationship Management : Gather feedback from customers, address concerns, and collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience.
8. Team Collaboration : Work closely with team members to refine sales strategies, improve processes, and achieve collective goals.
Requirements :
1. 3 to 4 years of experience in direct sales, preferably in B2B and software sales.
2. Strong expertise in conducting on-site meetings, client visits, and product demonstrations.
3. Experience in handling ground-level sales, actively engaging with clients, and closing deals.
4. Proven ability to pitch technical products effectively and tailor solutions to client needs.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
6. Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus.
