Senior Sales Manager - Real Estate (5-10 yrs)
Senior Manager - Sales
Senior Manager - Sales owns sales and business development efforts and targets. This involves adding new builders to the platform and managing each account on an ongoing basis.
Responsibilities :
1. Lead a team of salespeople deployed at Real Estate sales sites.
2. Hiring, training and managing performance of the sales team
- Hire stellar sales performers
- Modify a sales process and train team on it
- Coach sales team on performance improvement. Best done by showing rather than telling.
- Manage performance - hold reviews, suggest improvements and if needed, fire.
3. Be the frontline sales person for high value deals
4. Achieving targets
5. Regular reporting on pipeline
Experience :
Must have led a sales team. Finance domain preferred.
Required Skills :
1. From Real Estate or Home Loan Industry
2. Leadership skills and having keen eye for detail
3. Good Communication skills, team management and convincing skills
