As a Senior Sales Manager at ETH Infra Pvt. Ltd. your key responsibility will be to actively lead sales efforts, supervise a dynamic team, and contribute significantly to the company's overall prosperity.
Responsibility :
- Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Oversee the day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth processes and efficient workflows.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Meet Monthly Targets
- Lead generation and conversion.
Requirements :
- Proven sales Experience (2 to 4 years)
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Salary- Up to 4.8LPA
