- Candidate should have experience of atleast 4+ years in Selling Third Party Payroll Services :
- Complete understanding of Sales Process- Agreements/Contracts, Negotiations and Closures.
- Should be able to turn around Third Party Payroll Business quickly
- Need to have proven track record in Selling Third Payroll Services & Revenue Generation.
- Must have worked with and executed High Value Contracts in Key Accounts
- Should have good database of Business Accounts for immediate business conversions.
- Should be Excellent at Lead Generation & Relations Building
- Shall be responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating Sales Strategies
- Will be given Revenue based targets and Performance incentives
- Should be a Team Player with strong Interpersonal skills.
