Senior Sales Manager - Packaging/Manufacturing Sector (5-10 yrs)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager with expertise in B2B sales and an aggregate model of sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding business within the packaging industry (preferred).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement B2B sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

2. Aggregate Sales Model: Utilize an aggregate model of sales to optimize pricing, distribution, and client acquisition.

3. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, engage, and onboard new B2B clients, while managing and strengthening relationships with existing customers.

4. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

5. Revenue & Profitability Growth: Drive volume-based sales, ensure profit margins, and meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.

6. Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead negotiations with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term contracts and repeat business.

7. Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to enhance customer experience and streamline processes.

8. Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales reports, sales forecasting, and pipeline management through CRM tools.

Key Requirements:

1. Experience: 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the packaging industry or related manufacturing sector.

2. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the aggregate model of sales and how it applies to B2B markets.

3. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

4. Sales Expertise: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage large accounts in the packaging or similar industries.

5. Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent ability to influence, persuade, and negotiate with C-level executives and decision-makers.

6. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite.

7. Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions.
