Senior Sales Manager - Network & Server (12-16 yrs)
We are Hiring for Sr. Sales Manager(Network and Server).
Experience:- 12.0 Yrs - 16.0 Yrs
Location:- Bangalore.
Brief Job Scope :
We are looking for a high-performing Sr. Sales Manager to help us meet our customer expectation and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, shaping sales team & plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.
Must have any one product Knowledge of
1) Having Product Knowledge on Network (router, switches, Firewall etc)
2) Servers ( VM, cluster,) minimum Cloud solution.
3) Basic knowledge of Routing( Static, EIGRP, BGP, etc),
4) Switching ( VLAN, VTP, HSRP, etc ),
5) Firewall policies and server functionalities. security product knowledge ( anti-virus, EDR, DLP, Proxy) .
JOB PURPOSE / JOB ROLE:-
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team weekly basis.
- Understand the customer need in time and provide right solution aligning right team members proactively.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage entire Sales team and report to Division Head.
- Work Proactivly to enhance team capabality and improvwise the performance and work in Way.
- Monthly sales report preparation,
REQUIRED SKILL SETS :-
- BE, BCA, MBA, degree in business administration or a related field.
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager.
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- IT Product and solution Knowledge.
- Excel, PPT skills.
