Senior Sales Manager/Manager - Real Estate (7-10 yrs)
Job Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets; Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company's customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insights and make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.

Desirable Attributes :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or MBA preferred.
- 7-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the Real Estate Industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
