Senior Sales Manager - Life Insurance (4-7 yrs)
Will be handing a Team of Sales Managers / Agency Manager. Will be responsible for achieving the Monthly / Quarterly / Annual Target of the assigned Team / Branch
Team Members - Sales Managers and Life Insurance Agents
Key Responsibilities :
- Acquire new business
- Servicing acquired / existing policies
- Competent development & management of the team
Key Tasks and Duties
- Tracking the business on daily basis
- Review of the sales managers on a weekly basis
- Calculating benefits for the team and organization
- Recruiting Sales Managers/Associate Sales Managers/Agents.
- Motivating the branch to work efficiently
- Retention of the personnel
Educational Qualification :
Masters / Bachelors from a premier institute would be would be preferred.
Experience :
- At least 4-7 years in Insurance Sales
- Team Management Profile
