Senior Sales Manager - IT - IIT/IIM/BITS/ISB (8-10 yrs)

Position title : Sr Sales Manager.

Experience : 5-10 year

Location : Bangalore, Gurgaon

Budget : 20-25 LPA

Notice period : 1 Month

Skill set : Core IT Hardware, Apple OEM, HP OEM, Samsung OEM, IT infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Back up solution.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Client Relationship Management :

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing enterprise-level clients.

- Understand client needs and align our services to exceed their expectations.

- Act as the primary point of contact for strategic clients and serve as their advocate within the organization

2. Business Development :

- Identify new business opportunities within the enterprise sector and develop strategies to capture them.

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective sales and marketing plans.

- Lead negotiations, contract development, and closure of enterprise-level deals.

3. Team Leadership :

- Build and lead a high-performing enterprise business team.

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and performance management to team members.

- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.

4. Market Analysis and Strategy :

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

- Use market insights to develop and adjust the enterprise business strategy accordingly.

5. Financial Management :

- Develop and manage budgets related to enterprise business operations.

- Monitor financial performance, analyze variances, and take corrective actions as needed.

6. Reporting and Analysis :

- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

- Analyze key performance metrics and take data-driven actions to improve results.

Qualifications :

- Min Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field;

- Min experience of 8-10 years in the IT sales and consulting with an MBA from Tier 1 Institutions.

- Proven track record of successfully managing enterprise-level client relationships and driving business growth.

- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- In-depth knowledge of the ITES industry and market trends.

- Financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets effectively.

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
