Senior Sales Manager - IT (15-20 yrs)
Position Title : Sr Sales Manager :
Total years of experience - 15+ years
Qualification - MBA / Graduates( In an extreme case )
Industry - Staffing, HR, SAAS and Consultancy.
Target achieved - 5+ crs as an individual
Location - Mumbai/Delhi and Bangalore
Responsibilitie:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets in the Staffing, HR, SAAS, and Consultancy industries.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including CHROs, L&D Heads, and HR Heads.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets, with a minimum target of 5+ crores as an individual contributor.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Requirements :
- Look for candidates who is good with comm skills. Who has experience in dealing with Chro's L&d Heads and HR Heads.
- Look for candidates who have experience in the domestic industry. Even if it's 50% domestic work.
- He/She should be okay with IC Role.
- A person should not have experience with IT Sales.
- A person should be okay to work from the office for all 5 days.
