Location : Delhi NCR, Bangalore

Mode : Onsite (5 days)

Salary : 20-30 LPA (Fixed and Variable)

Skill Sets : Enterprise Sales, OEM Connections (especially HP/HPE), Team Handling

Qualification : Any Graduation

Roles & Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy Development :

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales plan and opportunity pipeline.

- Quickly qualify opportunities and define key strategic positions for each new prospect.

Relationship Building :

- Build and maintain strong relationships at the executive, operational, and IT levels.

- Develop and nurture connections with key OEMs, particularly HP and HPE.

Product and Market Expertise :

- Gain and maintain strong knowledge of Jobscope's products and services.

- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to leverage opportunities effectively.

Sales Cycle Management :

- Set proper expectations throughout the sales cycles to ensure customer satisfaction and create positive references for prospect.

- Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities, both independently and through team collaboration.

Team Leadership :

- Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals.

- Support team members in identifying, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience (10-15 years) in enterprise sales and team management.

- Develop and maintain sales plan and opportunity pipeline.

- Quickly qualify opportunities and key strategic positions for each new prospect

- Build and maintain relationships at the executive, operational and IT level.

- Develop strong knowledge of Jobscope's Products & Services and the market place.

- Set proper expectations in sales cycles that result in customers who can be used as positive references for future prospects.

- Able to Identify, qualify, and close sales opportunities form team members.
