Senior Sales Manager - Insurance (3-6 yrs)
We are seeking a dynamic Agency Business Partner to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by managing agency partners, developing strategic relationships, and expanding market reach. You will play a crucial role in empowering our partners and ensuring seamless collaboration to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop agency partners to drive sales performance.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strategize and implement business development plans to achieve growth objectives.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to improve product offerings.
- Ensure continuous support and training for agency partners.
Key Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience in sales/agency management, preferably in the BFSI domain.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in understanding market dynamics and developing sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders.
