Senior Sales Manager - Insurance (3-11 yrs)
An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with ability to relate to people at all levels of business and management. Initiating and developing relationships with key decision makers in target organizations for business development.
Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and train sales team
- Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
- Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
