Senior Sales Manager - Insurance (2-9 yrs)
We- re looking for a results-driven Sales Representative with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
Responsibilities :
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Recruit Agents from Open Market and Generate Business through Them
- Successfully create a business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business
- Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Candidate Profile :
Min graduation
- Min 2 yrs experience in field sales
CTC: up to 4 LPA+Incentives+Other benefits
