We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and manage key client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales leadership, a proven track record of exceeding targets, and expertise in identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Create and execute sales strategies to drive market expansion and revenue growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to convert prospects into clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to enhance customer satisfaction and sales outcomes.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales performance to senior leadership.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in sales management, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in BFSI is a plus.
