Senior Sales Manager - Insurance (2-7 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring high-quality customer service.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment in sales efforts.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback to team members for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales management, with at least 2 years in a field sales.
- Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
