Senior Sales Manager - Insurance (2-6 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruitment and development of team
- Achieve the business target each month
- Recruiting by selling career opportunity to prospective advisors
- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors
- Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
- Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment.
- Be the first point of contact for the customer to authenticate the concerns raised and validate with authorities
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Must be Graduate
- Minimum 2 Years Experience in Sales & Marketing Sector.
- Good communication skill - Problem-solving - Creative thinking
CTC : Up to 4.00LPA + Incentive + Other benefits.
