Senior Sales Manager - Insurance (2-5 yrs)
As an Agency Development Manager, your primary responsibility is to identify, develop, and nurture relationships with agencies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive agency channel strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new agency partners in line with the target market and expansion plans.
- Nurture and maintain strong relationships with existing agency partners, serving as the main point of contact for their needs, inquiries, and concerns.
- Collaborate with agency partners to understand their business requirements, sales targets, and marketing needs.
- Provide training, resources, and ongoing support to agency partners to ensure their understanding and effective utilization of the company's products or services.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate
- Min 1.5 to 3 years' experience in field/marketing/sales
- CTC Up to 4.50 LPA + Incentives + Benefits
- Excellent time management skills.
- Great Network abilities.
