Senior Sales Manager - Insurance (2-4 yrs)

We are searching for highly driven individuals with a background in sales who can collaborate with others and work outside the office.

Responsibilities and duties :

- Monitoring sales targets and providing updates as required.

- Act as the team leader. Motivate and bring your team members together. Realize your goal with the help of your team.

- Find and employ the top advisors if you want to build a solid advisor foundation.

- Assembling the team (Life Insurance Advisors) from their personal and professional networks is the responsibility of the Sales Manager team. When cross-selling insurance, follow the Need-Based Selling Model and use it.

- Pay close attention to overseeing the sales force, geographic expansion, and spread management.

- Putting in the most effort on the ground to draw in customers

- Hire, instruct, motivate, and give advice to a group of

Candidate Profile :

- Any Bachelor Degree

- 2 + years experience in sale and marketing in any field

- Age between 21 to 38

- Minimum one year of work experience in sales profile.

- Ability to lead a sales team.

- Good communication, selling and negotiation skills
