Senior Sales Manager - Insurance (2-12 yrs)
The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed sales volume.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Recruitment and development of quality advisors
- Recruiting by selling career opportunities to prospective advisors
- Ensure that advisors undergo proper training on products, regulations, and other selling inputs
- Monitoring the performance and tracking of daily activity tracking advisors
- Motivating advisors in order to retain the performing advisors and giving special attention to average performers and providing needs-based training.
- Inculcate product as well as practical training to the advisors by accompanying them to client meetings.
- Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.
- Doing an analysis of the need of the customer and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction leading to customer delight.
- Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment.
- Accountable for revenue generation and achievement of business targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Pay Roll: On Roll
- Experience: Mini. 2+ Years in Sales and marketing
- CTC: Up to 4 LPA + Incentive + Performance Bonus
- Qualification: Graduation
- Skill: - Influential Skills
- Relationship Building Skills
