Senior Sales Manager - Insurance (2-11 yrs)

- Building a team of financial consultants
- Control the team and their business
- Achieving the monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
- Tracking the performance of sales
- Team management and prompt dispatch.
- Creating plans for strategic expansion
- Strong client follow-up, lead development, and customer retention
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- 2-3 years of experience in sales
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements.
