Senior Sales Manager - Insurance (1-5 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive a team to reach sales targets.
- Create and carry out sales strategies to increase market penetration.
- Establish and preserve solid bonds with partners and clients.
- Examine market trends and the actions of competitors.
- Offer assistance and training to sales personnel.
- Create projections and sales reports for management.
- Demonstrated sales experience is a prerequisite.
- Excellent team management and leadership abilities.

Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a similar discipline.
