We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Sales Manager in the agency vertical for India's leading insurance company.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in customers and understand their needs
Take care of sale, up selling and cross-selling of products/services
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Maintain a fully stocked store
Ascertain customers' needs and wants
Recommend and display items that match customer needs
Welcome and greet customers
Manage point-of-sale processes
Actively involve in the receiving of new shipments
Desired Candidates Profile:
Experience: Mini 2+ Years in Any Field Sales and Marketing department.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Track record of meeting sales targets.
