Senior Sales Manager - Housing Finance (4-7 yrs)
Hiring for Housing Finance Company as a Senior Sales Manager in DSA and DSA Channel. In this position, you need to build a team of front-line sales officers and train and manage them to generate more business.
Job Roles and Duties:
- Build an Internal team of highly motivates Front Line sales officers
- Train and Manage them to generate a business from the market
- Implement and engage in-branch promotion activities for building the brand and increasing market coverage
- Business Sourcing - log in and channel recruitment
- Monitor individual and Team Performance and guide them to improve productivity
- Build and Maintain Work relationships with your team and with your Potential Clients.
- Provide Sales Support to your Customers and your Team
Candidates Requirements :
- 4 + years of Experience required in Sales of Housing Finance Loans and Business Loans and NBFC Sector
- 1 + Years of Experience required as a Team Leader Role
- Strong Presentations Skills
- Ability to coach others
