Senior Sales Manager - Hospitality (3-4 yrs)
1. Work with CDOSM to develop an understanding of sales strategies and effective implementation of the strategies to achieve property's overall financial goals.
2. Work with management team to create and implement the annual hotel sales plan addressing revenue, customers and the market for the segment led by the CDOSM and Revenue Head.
3. Assist with the development and implementation of promotions, both internal and external.
4. Provide positive and aggressive leadership to maximize revenue. (e.g., sets example with personal revenue goals).
5. Recommend revenue goals for sales team.
6. Assist revenue team with completing accurate projections.
7. Build positive relationships with existing and new customers to generate sales opportunities across all segments for unit and cluster properties operated under the Brand.
8. Attend events, conferences, sales blitzes, and trade shows related to developing business for all hotels under the cluster.
9. Effective utilization of banquets to maximize revenue (MICE, Group).
10. Build and Execute hotel/brand LSOPs as required.
11. Prepare hotel budget along with hotel manager, Revenue Manager and CDOSM.
12. Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence).
