Senior Sales Manager with Large & Established FMCG Distribution House
Job Description :
- Responsible for the complete sales & distribution business for Delhi & NCR region.
- Develop the secondary sales & distribution channel and meet the sales targets.
- Will be responsible to drive the top line & bottom line revenue.
- Regular engagement with the principal organization and draw the joint business plan(JBP) to expand the business within the region.
- Would be expected to visit the market regularly along with the Sales Manager and Business Managers and be aware of the market dynamics.
Desired Profile :
- Should have bear minimum 12 - 16 yrs of experience primarily in the FMCG industry.
- Candidates from Chocolate, Confectionery, Processed Food, industries would be preferred.
- Candidates from large distribution house's will be ideal fit.
- Should have hands on experience in driving and managing secondary sales & distribution channel.
- Should be local candidate from Delhi/NCR region and should have deep engagement and experience of the Delhi/NCR general trade market.
- Candidate has to be Post Graduate/ MBA qualified (mandatory).
Age Criteria : 38 - 42 years(max).
