Job Summary: The Sr. Sales Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence by leveraging their expertise in selling addressable fire alarm systems. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 10 years of experience in the fire alarm industry, with a proven track record of working with PWD, CPWD, railway projects, and corporate clients. The role involves developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in addressable fire alarm systems.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within PWD, CPWD, railway projects, and corporate sectors.
- Create and maintain a robust pipeline of sales leads and opportunities.
Client Engagement :
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close sales.
Sales Performance:
- Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and objectives.
- Track and report on sales performance, including lead conversion rates and revenue growth.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maximize sales opportunities.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities and product launches.
- Coordinate with the technical team to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
