- Grow and achieve the Sales Revenue for the company
- Manage Sales & FAE team and coach them
- Review Sales and FAE team periodically
- Achieve budgeted design ins/wins for the Region
- Drive key projects for long term big revenue creation
- Ensure Timely Payments from the customers
- Maintaining healthy relationship with the customers/clients.
- New Business and demand Creation in the Region
