Senior Sales Manager - eCommerce (2-5 yrs)
We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager with a Marketing background for one of our e-commerce clients to Develop and implement Sales strategies for the Noida Location.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and exceed sales targets.
- Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in E-commerce, retail, and affiliate marketing.
- Understand clients' unique needs and challenges in the specified sectors and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of solutions.
- Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, track progress, and report on sales metrics regularly.
- Provide valuable insights to the leadership team on market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or an equivalent degree.
- 2-3 years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of selling to E-commerce brands, retail brands, or affiliate marketing space.
- Strong understanding of the dynamics and challenges within the specified industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
