Senior Sales Manager - Consulting Firm (3-7 yrs)
Designation - Senior Sales Manager
Location - Gurgaon (Udyog Vihar Phase V)
Working Schedule - 5 Days, 10 AM - 7 PM (1st & 3rd Saturdays are working)
Remuneration - up to 8 LPA + Incentive

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Set clear objectives and performance metrics for the sales team, providing regular feedback and support.
- Foster a collaborative and motivating environment that encourages professional growth and high performance.
2. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Oversee the execution of sales strategies, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
3. Consulting Sales Expertise:
- Leverage extensive experience in consulting sales to guide the team in understanding and addressing complex client needs.
- Collaborate with clients to identify their requirements, propose tailored solutions, and close high-value deals.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key clients and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to optimize sales strategies and drive results.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Work closely with marketing, product development, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
o Share market feedback and customer insights to inform product and service enhancements.
6. Training and Development:
o Identify training needs and coordinate with HR to provide relevant development programs for the sales team.
o Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance team capabilities and performance.
Qualifications:
Education: Any Graduate or Post Graduates
Experience: 5 - 8 years (form consulting venture only)
Skills:
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong experience in consultative selling and complex sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mind-set with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategicdecisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
